We’ve BIN to Havelock North
Monday, November 3rd, 2008On the 3rd November at 21:46 Taradale 5512 responded to a 3rd alarm orchard bins on fire in Napier Road, Havelock North. More photos are on NZPA Images.
On arrival the fire was out of control in the stacked bins. While Napier 514 positioned in a driveway Taradale 5512 ran twin feeders from hydrants back in Havelock North.
Napier 514 then extended over the fire and within minutes had flattened it.
